Features:
★This machine adopts PLC and 16 shafts servo movement controller for controlling unit, realize servo controlling for product conveying, flatting, counting, bag catch, bag open, tissue fill to bag and sealing.
★This machine can dual use for automatically bundle packing both coreless flat roll paper and core/coreless round roll paper. Easy to swift.
★Adopts vacuum forming mould for sealing part, ensure nice packaging effect.
★Fault self-diagnosis and alarm, can find out the faults and it's position quality and will auto display on the touch, easy for trouble shouting and machine maintenance.
★Monitoring system: Detect both bags and paper to avid machine running without bag or without product. Will discharge the bag automatically when bag malposition. Auto stop when bag opening abnormal.
★Adopts double lanes feeding,auto roll paper flatting. Flatting degree can be adjusted freely, sharfe forming nice. Flatting roll paper and round roll paper swift can be realize by cylinder up/down controlling.
★Equipped with functions of bag open protection function, waste bag free stop automatic rejection, air source management, fault alarm and display, servo overload protection.overload protection.

This machine can be adapted to roll paper production line for efficient industrial production.
Started in 2011, the founder, Mr. Huang Wei, tried to make his idea a reality, then IMAKO was founded.
In 2012, IMAKO designed and launched TP-R200 5 servo drive control 200 roll /min high-speed toilet roll paper automatic packaging machine (at that time the domestic peer equipment is mostly 100 roll /min) and TP-T80 3 servo drive control 80 pack /min facial tissue automatic packaging machine (at that time the domestic peer equipment is mostly 50 pack /min, now our machine could run in 200pack/min ).
Since IMAKO launched the first tissue paper packaging machine, the production level of our machine continues to break through. From facial tissue to toilet rolls, napkins, hand towel, handkerchiefs, kitchen paper,from single wrapping to bag packing, box packing, palletizing, conveying equipment,We are constantly breaking through and innovating.

| Delivery: It depends on the machine models and your requirement on packing sizes.Usually within 30 days of Off Season , within 50 days of peak season upon receiving deposit |
After service: Seller would repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge caused by the machine poor design or manufacturing defects within this period.Guarantee period is not applicable for the consumables and once damaged, buyer can purchase the consumables from the seller at reasonable prices.
We would systematically train your engineers about the operation, maintenance and supervision and share the knowledge and experience regarding the machine operation and maintenance by fax or at each visit.
If buyer need our technician to fix the machine abroad,buyer shall be responsible for all costs of service like airtickets,accommodation and local transportation.
Besides buyer need paid for the technician USD50/person/day as salary when our Technician going to your country.
| Q 1. Where is your factory located? |
| A: Our factory is located in Shantou city,Guangdong province,China.Which is a beautiful coastal city in the South-eastern of China.The airport name in our city is Jieyang Airport,airport code SWA and high-speed railway station is Chaoshan Station.It's very convenient to come from Guangzhou city or Shenzhen city. |
| Q 2. How to Guarantee transaction security? |
| A: Before delivery, we will send the pictures and videos to you to check the quality. Or you could arrange checking on your own. Also license and certificate could be provided for checking. |
| Q 3: What technical support can I get during the transaction? |
| A: We offer online technical support at any time you want. Instructional videos, the way of daily commissioning and maintenance also wil be provided. If you need installation service, our technicians can go abroad but this is not free. During warranty you could replace the failed parts for free. |
